These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LaFuBeva Ltd website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LaFuBeva Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08734521. Our registered office is at Unit 14 Ashton Industrial Estate, Pottery Lane, Manchester M11 2NH, United Kingdom. VAT Registration Number: GB 247 8934 12.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are not binding until we receive your written acceptance and any required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Custom or bespoke products require a 50% deposit before manufacturing commences. Standard products may be ordered with payment on account for approved business customers.
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the quoted price.
Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date for business customers. New customers may be required to pay in advance. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and purchase orders from approved accounts.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery dates but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery. For collection orders, risk passes when goods are made available for collection. Title to goods remains with LaFuBeva until payment is received in full.
Delivery charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. Standard UK mainland delivery is typically 3-5 working days.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or material availability. Such variations do not constitute grounds for rejection unless they materially affect product performance.
All Products are designed for the applications specified in our technical documentation. Use outside these parameters may void warranties.
Standard Products carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Custom and Research Grade products carry a 3-year warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
To claim under warranty, contact us with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. We will repair or replace defective Products at our discretion. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of discovering the defect.
Standard Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom or bespoke Products cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless the Product is faulty.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch with no charge. Cancellation of custom orders after manufacturing has commenced will incur charges for work completed and materials used.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products or Services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation remain the property of LaFuBeva. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, or government actions.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
